Yes, you did accomplish what you sought to accomplish. I am a 56 year ancient Beatles fan who has never had that insight into George’s playing. That silkiness can be heard in I Want You– She’s So Heavy, too. Fantastic job.

Major kudos! You’re right, George did mature as a guitarist. When you say you have “rotary” on your Vox I’m guessing you have a Vox Valvetronix? May I suggest you break down the various styles into separate videos and show more closeups of the fingering, to include chords, lead and picking? You’re right again, Chet was a major influence on his style, which is one of the reason he chose the Chet Atkins Country Gentleman as soon as he could afford it. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
you are by far the best guitarist that i have ever seen cover george’s solos. and dude you did not “butcher” any of the solos you really kicked ass yourself on them
