    I already know how to alternate pick but I’m just saying wouldn’t it be simpler using that? And also I am used to reg picking quite a bit cause I play like 1-4 hrs a day… I just suck cause 1. I have no teacher besides YouTube and 2. Because I don’t know a lot of licks… K want to learn some blues licks and want to learn how to apply that into my music. And I can’t stress the latter enough. Maybe you can reccomend a video? And yea Marty is awesome (;

    @Anrath1 just a suggestion: don’t try alternate picking from the start, try getting used to playing first. The rest all comes with practice… and Marty’s awesome teaching ;D

    Do you alternate pick on some parts or are you just quick? I’m 15 and started guitar last year and this really helped me out. But even so, after I experimented with the pentatonic scale, I still don’t seem to flow like you do. How do you come up with such excellent sounding licks? So you have any suggestions for me? I would really appreciate it thanks (:

    @Jackpot9513 yh i noticed but i had already written the comment sounds more like a pc or laptop to me i dont remember the iphones sounding like that(i used to have one,until i figured out that they’re crap)
